This software is mediocre at best. It’s almost like they took whatever desktop app the had and shrunk it down. Really difficult to manipulate text and images. If you have average sized hands, you’ll probably get arthritis trying to contort your digits in order to design with the miniature onscreen elements. Looks like you’ll want to design your label in another app, then import that image into this atrocious app to print. The ruler and edges don’t line up with the actual prints, this means you end up wasting a lot of printer tape trying to get the edges and alignment correct. I really feel like I’ve been duped by Brother. Nothing about the interface is anything I would come to expect in iOS, none of the elements are native. Dear Brother, please design a print only app for iOS that feels like an iOS app. What you’ve shipped here is garbage and I expect more.

Slow load times, 2007 look and feel, no advanced features. This is truly a joke. This app makes a really neat printer into just a mediocre gadget. You have to log the printer into a new WiFi network every time you move locations which takes up to 10 minutes on iPhone. There is no way to calibrate boundaries to prevent cutoffs. iPhone photo gallery displays in reverse order this app is just bad from every angle.

Keeps crashing on iOS13. Initial setup was nightmare and even after pairing, printer connection via wifi kept dropping. I tried to contact support and there was a hidden wifi setup mode. Overall, I spent more time getting it to work than designing the label. Brother seems to make great hardware but their software is a joke. Please redesign this app.

You can barely use this app because it force closes on you constantly! By the time you find the picture you want it closes. Super frustrating!! Fix this app!!

Use the desktop app instead. This app looks like the design and development was outsourced to the cheapest bidder in a 3rd world country. I consider it it totally unusable.
