I am satisfied with the online booking system for bike service which was never easy like this before, prices for the service charge is displayed upfront depending of engine cc so I felt good about the transparency, however the oil and other material charges are extra and which is at market standard price, so this app is Good to go

I took your service to book an electrician to repair fridge. Yesterday a guy came and checked the fault, he told me that there 2 things to be fixed in the fridge. Then he came back with new parts and installed them but still the refrigerator is not working. He even took higher price (Rs. 3150) for those parts as he himself told me that due to lockdown they are charging over and above the normal prices. I agreed to pay the inflated price because what else can I do! But even after paying higher the fridge is still not working, I have called him many times but he is not answering. There are items worth more than 2000 in the fridge which has rotten due to this guy's negligence. This is so unprofessional and cheating and I'll escalate this at other platforms also, so that people at large think twice before hiring your services.

I took the bike service through this app , the person came and took the bike and after continuous asking he gave an estimate as 5500 by saying problems ,I said ok thought they might be doing it good . But at the end they did water wash and gave it . They didn’t provide the bill at the time of bike delivery after continuous asking they just adjusted the bill to 5500 and gave on white paper in which no part was replaced all are labour charges only . I don’t know what they did. From the next day after the service I am facing the same issue with my bike which I was facing earlier. Please don’t opt this service and waste your money. Bro4uCom app doesn’t have any customer support. I gave 1 star bcoz I am not able to give 0 .

At first when I placed the order for TV repair service they told we have executives who can repair CRT monitors, depending on which I placed for the service. Got a receipt with service time from 11 to 1. After 3 hours I get a call back from them customer executive that the time has been rescheduled from 3 to 5. And then 2 mins later, I got one more call saying no executives are available to repair a CRT monitor. Terrible. I did mention what kind of TV I have. Well guys, if you ask me it’s better you go for other services such as HouseJoy and Urbanclap who are much better and efficient. Cheers

Took the service of the carpenter for my modular kitchen as my budget was small i couldn’t go to the interior designer but the carpenter designed the kitchen effectively and I didn’t have to point out any defect in his work. Very friendly fast and professional service . Would highly recommend.
