This app is intended for Brilliant Accounting Software users who have bought the BAS Web/App feature which allows staying up-to-date with business accounts/items balance, generate various reports and get detailed analysis on business workflow at anytime anywhere. The following features of this app include: • Accounts(Customers) / Items(Products) Look at each Account(Customer) - Item(Product) balance and details such as Debt Credit, Check Credit, Essence (Creditor - Debtor), Sales Levels, Settlement Day Promise, Description, Weight, Shelf, Order Point, Unit Price etc. • Reports Generate General Reports such as Liquidity Analysis, Balance Sheet, Products Sales Case, Products Sales Comparison and Sales to Customer Comparison or Individual Reports like Financial Statement, Product Financial Statement, Latest Purchases and Latest Sales on a customer plus Plain and Detailed Card Index, Latest Sales and Purchases on a product. • Filter and Search If you have a large number of accounts or items, apply Essence based Filters such as Trade Accounts, Bank Accounts, Petty Cash etc, or search through customer's / product's list when trying to find a particular account or item in order to view details, generate reports or get a peek at their balance. • Important Customers/Products The ability to add important accounts or items in a separate list for easy and quick access. • Sync Always stay current by performing a sync inside the app. Sync with your entire data or minimal sync in the desired category.
