Brigham Anesthesia Simulator is the most complete anesthetic pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic educational simulator available. For intravenous medications, Brigham Anesthesia Simulator calculates current pharmacokinetic plasma and effect site concentrations, as well as the accumulations in deep compartments that affect context-sensitive half times.
