Bremer Bank Business Mobile

Love the Bremer Business banking app. Deposits from my customers payments are a breeze and the app is perfect for banking by phone. The only bummer is I don’t see my Bremer friends at the bank as often, since this app makes my banking transactions so simple.

I love the app minus the constant password changes. I appreciate the dedication to security, however it always comes at the worst times. Having to exit the app and then log in online to change the password only to find my account had been locked out, thus having to call customer service twice to get my account unlocked. Plus the app doesn’t tell you the reason it’s locking you out is your password, it tells you that your user ID or Customer ID is invalid. Please make it possible to change your password in the app itself, and for your future customer sake have it tell you WHY it’s not letting you log in.

I have been with Bremer Bank for quite a few years! I have never ever experienced anything but positive friendly people at every branch I have visited! They are very up to date on fraud protection

Depositing checks is always difficult. When taking the picture my view always twists and doesn’t allow me to take a picture of the check. It usually takes multiples tries and the app will shut down. I went back to driving in the deposits. Love the idea of remote deposit when it does work.

Inability to deposit multiple checks at once (each check is a separate transaction). We have a checking and savings accounts but we can only deposit to checking. Must deposit to checking then go back and transfer from checking to saving.
