BreakOut - Training Timer is a simple and intuitive interval timer that can be used during your workouts - whether it be weight training, HIIT cardio or even running laps. This app was tailored with some very modest features in mind that other apps in the store lacked. - It's specifically designed for HIIT/Interval work outs with two interval types: Exercise and Break. - It's really easy to set the times, you just select Exercise or Break and flick the dials to configure the times. Then all that's left to do is hit START. There's no navigating through multiple menus just to adjust the intervals. - There's proper countdown beeps, and a different sound for them. You get notified with three beeps before the timer starts and when the Exercise or Break timer is 3 seconds away from finishing. - You don't want countdown beeps? That's fine you can turn them off in the settings menu. You can also turn off the buzzer for the start of the workout, exercise or break interval timers. - You won't be hit with an ad when you hit START. Yes, this is a free to use app and there are some ads but it has been specifically designed so that you don't get served an inconveniently timed ad(that you can't even close for up to 5 seconds sometimes?) by pressing the start or pause buttons. You'll only get one when you have stopped your workout. - Your Break and Exercise times are saved locally so when you close the app and open it again another time you'll have the same times on the dials that you last set. - It takes minutes and seconds only - it's annoying when you find a countdown timer and you can only set hours and seconds. You can select anywhere up to 59 minutes and 59 seconds for your workout. But anyway, why take my word for it? Try out BreakOut yourself today!
