Bowers & Wilkins Headphones

First of all, I love my PX7s, they have mind blowing sound. The app is simple and easy to navigate, but I feel as though it doesn’t offer quite enough. Apart from the wear sensor features, I can do most of the things the app offers directly on the headset. I would love to see a battery percentage icon in the app, a built in equalizer to tweak the sound, and a more customizable ambient aware feature. I’d like to still be able to hear my music and adjust the volume with it on. All in all, it’s a great start. I look forward to the future updates!

The app is awesome , it does most of the basics well!! A few additions/ tweaks will be great addition 1- battery percentage within the app and a voice prompt that tell you how much juice you have left left. Although you can view the battery percentage if you go to the control center of the iPhone 2. Auto connection of the headphones when one opens the app instead of having to manually connect it using the app. This might be a design decision but i am struggling why this is a better design for connection 3. Can an EQ be provided in the app?

Headphones are fantastic. This app, though, is just terrible. It only has a perform a simple function - connect to your headphones and enable one to adjust their environmental controls. It doesn’t even connect >50% of the time. Did the V&V in your product dev cycle really not pick this up? I want the old app back - stop trying to fix something If it’s not broken. Also why did you drop dark mode???? I use this app so much in when the lights are low (planes for example)..who wants a bright light shining in their face in these instances. This app is a total product dev failure from V&V all the way to VOC. Please fix it...

My PX headphones won’t connect to the app even if I’m currently listening to music through them and the connected phone. Tried resetting headphones and reinstalling the app. Update: resetting the headphones and reinstalling the app worked this time. Connects now. Once you set up your headphones, I don’t see much use for the app unless you need to update your headphones. Which is conveniently done wirelessly.

I don’t know why people are rating it bad. I myself had an absolutely amazing experience within the app and my px7. It works flawlessly on my iPhone 11. It’s one of best apps I’ve used. I love that it includes soundscapes which helps me alot to go to sleep. I never experienced any connectivity issues or anything. I even find it better than the sony app.
