I love the idea and premise behind the app, unfortunately it seems to fall short..... when I first installed the module and app I was getting notifications and after a week nothing. It’s getting slower to log in as time goes on! Can we please update the app to make it work as one would expect a company like Bosch could, would and should provide?! Please include an option to remotely set off the alarm too. We have all paid large sums of money for the service, the units and the modules and would appreciate it if you would bring it up to standard. All the reviews are very similar and we are all asking for the same things! PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN!

I tried to use my rev+ app and I put in the password. It’s usually so slow and this time even slower! Then it came up with the message ‘invalid credentials’ . It kept locking me out! Now I’m locked for 8000 something seconds! Then I tried to reset the password. It wouldn’t let me do that. I have checked my junk box.. there are no email(s) with links to reset!!! I tried this a few times! Called the guy who installed it. He said create account again. Tried that.. but says that they already have my email.. then why aren’t I receiving an email to reset!!! Then called the guy who installed again and he tells me to register with a new email!! But it shouldn’t be that way as clearly it’s a fault and I don’t just want a short term fix. So it happens again do I then need a 3rd email account!! That is not right.. !!! Then I try to find a number to call Bosch support Australia .. of course everything is now via email.. very poor support and customer service for a company that used to be known for its support! Not like my previous experience with Bosch! I have sent a message and let’s see if I get a call.. Aloka.. a very unsupported customer!

This applications development is so limited, and behind that, I’m shocked and disappointed it’s from a company like Bosch, who can afford to spend even a small amount to get this application up to scratch. Especially when we spend our hard earn money too by their expensive alarm systems. It hasn’t been updated for new an iPhone screen size and resolution for the late four years at least. It’s extremely slow to load, set and retrieve your panel/ alarm information. Now it has issues with sending push notifications. They updated the application to address this on “effected phones”, but unfortunately it has done nothing. I have tested the application on two iPhone and an iPad and ever since iOS 13 it’s had this issue. I don’t believe it’s a specific iPhone issue more an iOS 13 compatibility issue. If you read the reviews and star ratings, I’m not alone. However; reaching out to Bosch for help or commitment is unthinkable, and I would never recommend a Bosch anything anymore if this is how the company treats its customers.

Hi I installed this system for remote access and security. The app is very slow to connect to the alarm ( 30 second wait once I open and press connect ) plus it does not connect all the time. It fails. Second bad thing is that it cannot control two alarm system at the same time from two different phones. So if my wife used the app then there is a problem with my phone to connect. This issues needs to be updated. Especially the time lag to connect is worse. It should be instant. After the new updates 2 weeks ago I am not getting any notification on my iPhone.

Bosch is known to be a company which makes well researched, polished products. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about this app !!!!!! Here is what I’d like to be implemented in this app: #1 Please update app UI to support iPhone XS MAX screen size and above ... Make it more polished. It reflects on you as a company #2 Add option to rename ZONE 1, ZONE 2 etc to actual rooms in your house, so you know which zone is faulting or open, as opoosed to remembering or guessing 16 zones #3 History dont seem to work properly on 4G. It works ok on wifi when I am home ! #4 Panic button - to set alarm off remotely I’d like to think that someone who matters in Bosch look at these reviews .... All reviews pretty much say the same thing. Please make a better user-experience for customers who chose your products over competitors ...
