This app is literally the most AMAZING app ever. Honestly I have so much love for this. It was recommended by my therapist and I couldn’t have been happier. Honestly I have so much love for it I can’t help it. This app is amazing at tracking mood and medication intake. The buddy portion of it is adorable and keeps me going. I love the quotes that the little buddy gives each time you manage to wake it up! The only thing that I could possibly ask for is maybe something to track self harm? Because I’m currently using the drug/alcohol use tracking and when my mum saw that she worried that I had yet another problem. But honestly this is one of the most helpful apps I’ve ever come across. Thank you so so so so so much ❤️💖

The ability to check in multiple times a day is brilliant and makes this fabulous app even better and more useful. I would appreciate the ability to mark recent drug and alcohol use (and maybe whether you have taken medication) for longer than a day afterwards, because sometimes you forget to check in but still want to keep accurate track of that stuff.

Amazing coping mechanisms. Love it

I use for my panic disorder and autism can you add some coping mechanisms for that please? Also my buddy’s nose is glitched and it looks weird and reminders go off at the wrong times. Please fix so it helps me more thank you very much developers :)

i've been using this app for exactly a year now and it's been so great for reminders and tracking activities. i've been recovering from health issues and it's great to see my progress. the resources are great and i've been recommending it to everyone i know. however the update has made it so hard to use. the app is now very slow, it takes about a minute after pressing a button for it to do the command, and if you make a mistake with times or a typo, it takes so long to click on it and edit it. also the daily function is a nightmare. i was excited to be able to put in activities to do daily instead of typing it in every day. i have some physio to do, so i put in 'stretches' and made it a daily event. i do it at different times each day, but that seemed ok as there's an option to change the info for just one time instead of all of them. however it marked it as done every single day from the day i put it in. so i thought, well, that's going to confuse me, i won't remember if i've really done it or not. so i deleted them all. but they didn't delete. and now only the notes option remains, i can't change them in any way. into the foreseeable future every day has 'stretches' done at 3pm. it's really confusing and unhelpful. i've been using the app for a year and as there's no options to back up the data anywhere i can't just delete it and save data and start again or anything. i'm really not sure what to do, i've been so faithful to this app and it's helped me for so long. but now i can't just quickly add a task, it takes about five minutes to make a new one and wait for it to save. someyimes if you click off the middle tab and go back it makes you mark your mood and go through the 3 tasks again, several times a day. and the 'daily' option is broken so there's undeletable tasks every day now which confuse me and make me think i've done stretches when i haven't. i'm really sad because this app was so helpful and now it just brings me stress :(
