The app was ok but every now and then it logs me out for no reason, now it’s telling me my log in details are not recognised, i can’t even change my password which I don’t want to anyway, i cannot reach customer services by phone so can only email to get an automated we’ll get back to you in 3-5 days, now I’m sat here worried I’m going to be cut off even though I’ve got nearly £200 saved in my winter wallet, my login details are saved to a keychain and I know it’s right, as soon as my winter wallet is empty I’m leaving this sham of company and going elsewhere, service is poor, app is very poor, customer service poor!!

Been unable to use or log into my account to top up my energy for 4 days now. Been using the app and the browser to no avail. They are happy to send me texts and emails telling me they are going to cut me off on the Monday but without being able to access my account in any way they are now going to be leaving me and my children in the dark. Total joke of a company. I find this happens on a regular basis which is very frustrating.

The settings selector is situated on the left right at the top on my iPhone. I struggle to activate the selector as it doesn't always respond when pressed. Could you move it elsewhere where it could probably be more responsive or even redesign it? I sent an email regarding this problem a FEW MONTHS back, I have had no response. Other than that the app is working fine for me at the moment.

Keeps logging me out, telling me my password is incorrect! When in-fact I have changed it several times as app does not recognise my password! Deleted and downloaded app more than once and still crap! Please sort the issues out as getting very annoyed with it and considering changing my provider

this app used to work fine up until a few months ago until boost cut my electric off when i still had £45 credit & now isn’t even showing the correct balance after i’ve topped up ... going to look at changing suppliers i think as had enough now. also customer service is terrible ring up to be put in a queue after waiting told you have 1 minute wait 5 minutes later still not answering so asked if i would like a call back which never happens totally disgraceful never had this when ovo run the show
