You deserve a Zero Star because I spent a great Amount of time carefully setting up my app to track my son’s race. Do you know how frustrating it is to see his status as “not started” for the entire race? I thought something happened to him and being in the US I didn’t know how to check. I know of many others who sent runners there had the same problem. However, we couldn’t check during the race because it was the middle of the night here. I couldn’t call someone at 4 in the morning and ask, “What does your app say?” Frances ~ USA

For an app that is supposed to let you track your runners, the option is almost impossible to find among all the unnecessary links and only after clicking all over the place did I find the right place. Please make this app more intuitive for “visitors”: all we want to find our loved ones and be able to follow them on race day

I’m from the United States I was able to track my family member during race even though I couldn’t be there in person! Very professionally done and user friendly app!

Preview shots show “2018” and when I download, I get last years race app. Ive seen screenshots on Facebook of users who have 2019. What am I missing!? Search in the App Store only gives me this app. If I add search term “2019” to “BMW Berlin Marathon “ I get no results. Help?

Tracking is still not working for participants. I used my login information and it keeps giving me an error. This is AFTER the app update came out was downloaded.
