This new refresh and update is a huge step in the wrong direction. Definitely isn’t making it any easier or more ergonomic for me to control my purifier. Also, why is the graph of the indoor pollution now super cluttered and feels useless? Stop giving us useless features and start by improving the old app with the scheduling feature but there are MANY more and other brilliant things you guys could implement I don’t know why you don’t. Blows my mind how people are getting paid at blueair having their careers work amount to this failure of a refresh of an important and life dependent app (for some)? I hope you guys really get some third party perspectives and opinions before you release stuff because it’s just flat out embarrassing. You guys make the worlds best, most effective purifiers and you just screwed up the one aspect of it that really put it head and shoulders above everyone else. Now you guys are just like the Coway Airmega (IOCare) app which is a utter failure. So sad..... it makes me genuinely sad. Thanks for making my day a sad one. Hope you guys really revamp this again because this is just a no go and all show.

This update is much worse than the previous version. The only new piece of information is the level of PM 1, which is nice. The vertical scale of the data seems to be compressed. I can’t see any variation in the graph for any of the indoor sensor data. Also, I can find out how to display temperatures in Fahrenheit. Should be easy to fix ... The outdoor data does not seem to be correct. What is the source? It used to be breezometer. The time granularity now seems to be very coarse. Please consider improving! For now, I will try to revert to the previous version of the app, if possible.

The update to 3.0 is such a disaster. All effort to make the appearance look fancy, while the usability has been hurt tremendously. Sadly, this is so common. Software engineers think they need to keep changing things, without regard for whether the changes are good for the user. Absolutely terrible. I used to use the app to quickly look at temperatures and humidities at different places in my house. That now takes more than 10 times as many user actions.

This latest update is has a lot less information than the app it replaces. It looks nice but not as useful. In the old app, one could select temperature for example and have that displaced on the main devices page. Also charts were bigger and had values displayed. I wish I could roll it back. I am so sorry I “upgraded”. Also please make the app HomeKit compatible.

Not really feeling the new app. My serial number didn’t transfer with the application update, and I cannot find a way to add it. The temperature changed from Fahrenheit to Celsius with the upgrade and no way to change it. I have one location in the app of which I cannot assign to my device and I cannot delete it. Overall so far the ne application is frustrating.
