Bought brand new rock lights for my built rock crawler , can’t connect . The app shows my lights when I search but comes up with connection error. I have tried uninstall and reinstall app . I have tried to rename my lights . I have tried at least twenty times to connect but it won’t work . I have re wired my lights for power more than once . I have turned on and off my phone and Bluetooth . I have made sure my phone is updated as well . I have buddies with the same app and they tell me they have the same problems . I have a buddy with this app that says it won’t allow him to change the colors . All in all I won’t buy again , wouldn’t download the app either , needs a serious update . I’ll be calling to return my lights .

My rocklights connected for the first few days, after about a week they stopped. I tried multiple times (15+) App wouldnt connect to lights and sometimes wouldnt even show them through the app. So i spent 30+ minutes going over my wires to make sure nothing had come lose, cut, and or burnt in half. Afterwards i checked the fuse and it was fine. Went to put the fuse back in and the lights flashed. So i just assumed the fuse had went bad but hasnt yet broke. Changed the fuse from a 30 to a 25 and now my rocklights work. Hope this will also help yall.

Seriously just spent 50$ on your product two days ago I’d really like to show off your product and show my friends so they too can get some lights yesterday they were working about 6 hours ago they worked now all the sudden they won’t connect when I show my friends and they all laugh and say they aren’t gonna get them bc they don’t even connect so if you don’t fix the connecting problem there’s seriously no point in having them I will get a refund will give you five stars and share if fixed. Thanks

Love the app and the ability to create your own light patterns. But with the new leds that are available now with RGB+W the app needs to be updated for the 5 pin leds that are available now. Red, green, blue, white, and power/negative. Since the app isn't updated for these type of lights, the RGB's are still on and activated even though only white should be on. This gives that bleeding color still that defeats the purpose of having a designated white led only. Once that gets updated this will be the best Bluetooth enabled app for RGB and RGB+W leds.

Now this is going to seem odd but the new Apple Watch is bigger so here it goes, Is there anyway possible we can make this app available on Apple Watch. I just got my new Apple Watch and was kind of disappointed that this grate Bluetooth app wasn’t available to my Apple Watch that way I do not have to keep my phone on me, thanks!”. It would be possible bc the screen on the new 44 Apple Watch is larger than before thanks guys
