I love Blaze and I thought earnings rewards through an app would be easy. But, the app glitches ALL THE TIME. I went to get a free pizza with the points I’d earned on a day I’d forgotten my lunch at work and during the 15 minutes in line, I couldn’t log in because the app kept crashing. Since I already put the order for my pizza, I just had to pay for it and I couldn’t even get a flame because the app kept blacking out. I’m going to get my free pizza at some point and then stop using this app (and visiting Blaze) until it improves. Additionally, I should have earned a free pizza earlier because there were at least 2 or 3 times that the app glitches while I was buying pizza and I was cheated out of a flame then, as well. The staff on site have no way to deal with it and just tell you to call customer service, which I did, to no avail.

I really don’t understand all the bad reviews. My experience was flawless. I installed the app and within minutes a placed my order using the wonderfully easy interface. I liked being able to take my time and choose my toppings in the comfort of my own home. I sometimes feel rushed at the restaurant when there’s a line. After placing my order the app tells me it will be ready in 15 minutes which is exactly how long it takes me to drive to the restaurant. I get there and I skip the long line, walk up to the rack where the online orders are waiting and see my boxes clearly labeled. The correct amount of Flame rewards was credited to my account. This app worked perfectly for me and this is how I will order pizza from now on.

Do NOT order and pay via this app if you want the flames points for the reward! I downloaded app and order four pizzas for my housemates and me yesterday. Went in the store to pick up and asked them about the points since it was not loaded to my app. The workers there told me that the only way I get my rewards points from them is to pay at register. Since I already completed payment via app, they couldn’t do anything unless I pay again for the pizza I have already paid for. Double charging is so ridiculous! I was also declined to receive a receipt from the register to manually put the information into the app for the points as they stated “the receipt should be already in your app”. I received zero flame points for the pizza I purchased at the end.

I’ve had this app for a while, before they updated it, and maybe once every blue moon would the app actually give me a flame for ordering. I’d have to go back to the counter and have them scan again, only to come back the next time and still have the same amount of flames. This happened numerous times. And they expect you to keep the receipt to prove you went if you email customer service, which I can understand, but it’s not worth my time if I have to do it every time I go. I went this past weekend and scanned for the first time with this new version, still didn’t scan. I’d have had like two free pizzas at this point. Why have an app if it isn’t going to work?

This was one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten! The Fashion Island location is not the closest Blaze location to our house, but we drive father because it's worth it. Cody made it exactly like we wanted it and it was fired to perfection! While we were eating, I watched the team working. No one ever was just standing around. They all kept moving and working, even when there was no line. The only thing that could be improved would be the employees' attitude toward customers. They didn't seem happy to be there. Otherwise, it was a great experience tonight!
