Definitely will keep your attention, and can be very fast paced if you like that. I agree with the previous comments about the slanted odds, and not adhering to casino rules, though. Are you just trying to force us to have to pay for the chips?

I love this blackjack game, from the authentic sounds of shuffling cards to the nice BIG print cards and buttons. I win a fair amount of time and get my share of good hands so it doesn't seem rigged...but I did buy the infinite chip upgrade so maybe it's rigged prior to the upgrade to get you to buy the upgrade or chips. I decided it was worth the extra money because I like the layout and the size of the cards. And it does refill chips when you run out...after 20 minutes. Nice design! Nice app overall. I would recommend you try this and if you like it buy the upgrade. I play a lot so I might even upgrade for the strategy guide (though I think that should have been included with the expensive infinite chips)

It's a good thing I'm not addicted to gambling, 'cause you could wind up staying on this program all day. ... :-) You get free chips each day, to have fun with, but could really rack up quite a few REAL dollars if you like gambling, for real. They charge for extra chips other than the free ones given each day, for free. If you can "control" yourself, and play within your budget, this can be a very enjoyable game, like being in LA, or Atlantic City on a fun vacation. If you have trouble with gambling, don't start with this game, because it's THAT exciting to use. !!! It's fun to see the odds of play, and what may, or may not come out, by what you choose to do, or not do, and really seems it's following the laws of chance in that regard. I say, try it if you can control your impulses... One of the least annoying blackjack apps. I've played for months without buying a single chip. It's fast which I like. A real table will also take your money too if you don't have basic strategy down. I also like single deck, it's easier to keep count. Winner winner chicken dinner.

My objective was to make sure that I understand the "Basic Strategy" so when I go to a casino in the future I won't loose my shirt. This app didn't appear to be a good learning tool and when it asked me to purchase more chips I decided it wasn't the right app for me. Admittedly .99 isn't much money, but, I would have preferred that information to be more up front. I am happy to pay for an app I just don't want to rent it.
