First - navigation stinks. Try to search. Once you enter the Search feature, the only way out is to kill the app. More annoying, the requirement to have your iPhones Location Services on to use the app. I have an older phone and Location Services is a drag on the battery life. If I have subscribed, what does Location Services have to do with getting school generated alerts? Where I am, or the app knowing where I am at that moment, should NEVER keep me from getting an alert. I will stick to web portal through my child’s school system website. Highly disappointed user.

I signed up for this app at the behest of my daughter’s school for all of their notifications. Since then, my password isn’t working and there’s no “forgot password” or customer service link. Nothing. I’ve tried every password I can think of. I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app. I’ve tried setting up a new account, which it blocks, saying I already have one. I’ve tried emailing Blackboard with no response. This is truly a terrible app and a total waste of valuable time. Extremely frustrating and useless in the most basic terms.

I NEVER write reviews but this app is so useless and frustrating that I had to comment. Signing up was easy enough as was finding my town, but then it all went south. I can’t select any emergency notifications and when I try to do it on my laptop it doesn’t accept my password. sticking with it I try to reset my password only to be asked security questions I’ve never set up. An hour of my life I’ll never get back and am still not on any notification list

The app won’t let me log on anymore, it keeps saying my password is wrong. When I go on their website & hit “Forgot password” it gives me a security question to answer & that question is not one I picked out, I would never pick it out. Then the one I do recognize “Name of first pet?” When I put the answer in it tells me I am wrong. It only gives those two questions so I have no way into my account.

Tried to set up an account, it said my email was already in the system, but offered no way to reset password. So I set up an account under another email account, got in, but then it doesn’t find any of the institutions I want alerts for. Their search function seems to be useless. Now I’ll try to close the account. Good luck to me.
