The bike borrow works well. I only had two issues with it. For some reason you can’t go beyond an half an hr at a time or it changes you 3 dollars every 15 min. So, you have to use it in half hr increments, which makes trips broken up as your looking for bike stations before you reach your destination. On the other hand, they are all around the city. Number two, there are no bike stations at St. Joesph’s. So we almost made the mistake of taking our loaners all the way to St. Joseph’s Oratory. That would have been a big mistake. We forgives the reason for no bikes is because they would have to continuously bring bikes to the top of the Moutain, as St. Joseph’s is up a rathe large hill. Chow for now

Better option than metro if you’re looking to get more cardio into your lifestyle 😁

The ride was fine, my bike made noises but whatever. I park it AND make sure the light turned green but it didn’t register on my app. I assumed it was fine though and as a first time user I didn’t know any better. They charged me $20 so I called and asked for a refund. They refused so I closed my account. Montreal has amazing metro and lime scooters, so just use those.

Customer service is poor on the phone. Often bixi docks are either completely full or totally empty. Don’t waste your money

Even after purchasing unlimited rides. My partner and I rode together and she got tired, so we both got charged an extra $1.85 for being 2 minutes late. I won’t be using this service again after this trip.
