I've been waiting for ages for this app. Thanks for the initiative. Features that I like the most: 1. Finger print sign-in. Super easy. 2. Ability to choose "outstanding amount" for credit card payments. Makes it easier to pay out credit. However, the app is slow. It's clearly an HTML based webpage rendered in an iOS wrapper. I'm guessing Phone Gap maybe? I expect a more native solution from a well established bank like BisB. One quirk regarding the fingerprint. Whenever I tap the fingerprint icon, I'm redirected to "new user" registration. I have to then go back manually and try again. Then it works. Overall, the app has making my mobile banking experience smoother. Thanks.

Please make transactions notifications possible along with the SMS notifications. Sometimes we don’t have signal coverage or we don’t use the same SIM card while abroad to receive SMSs but we have Internet data or WiFi to receive the notifications through the app. Thank you

Excellent functionality, easy to use with so many features other bank apps do not have. The app even looks inviting and somehow friendly. Now I know why it took them a while to launch it but worth the wait! Nice job BISB.

Great mobile banking with it had no issues except sometimes it log off while processing transaction sometime and recent update it takes ages for the app to transfer to the log in page

Love the app. Very user friendly and easy to use. Has all the features you can expect from a mobile banking app.
