Hello My name is Joe. When I go onto your site and I pop right up. Now I didn’t even start to advertise with you guys yet I am going to just please don’t call me and email me and all that other good stuff when I am ready I will get a hold are you guys OK? Again thank you very much.

Horrible experience with this app. Is my business published? Yes it is,but I’ve tried over and over to correct info on my site and got help in other areas but not the most important ones. Example.. carpet cleaning business,you should be able to type in “carpet cleaning near me”and find it at your office. You can actually type all kinds of variations of carpet cleaning and NOT find my business. When you do finally find it,I look under my listing and it shows all my other listings (FB,Yelp, etc.) all having exactly 2.5 stars. In reality I don’t have 2.5 stars anywhere on any site of mine,they all are 5 stars that I’ve worked hard for and am proud of. And lastly on Bing places every carpet cleaning business show their “yelp” reviews under their listings I’ve tried over and over to get my “yelp” reviews under my listing (I have 5 star reviews) with zero help or response via email. Btw Google has all my correct info as well as easy to find my business. Thanks for nothing Bing!

Hi. We need to be able to make live posts like the google business page. Please do something to liven the Bing listings app up, there’s just no interaction between business owner and potential customers. Google definitely got this right with their business listings. Allow us to make posts to our listing, instead of just adding pictures, and their should be a review section not just imports from Yelp. What do potential customers want to see? Business owners that continuously update their page! Common Bing turn this app around.

I can see when people have visited my page but that’s about it. You really can’t upload or update your content unless your doing a promotion. I’m a Realtor and it’s pretty limited.

Found my business on bing search has wrong address. Got this app to fix the problem. Got verified, gave correct information for business, add additional information and photos. Got message that changes would be approved by December 9, 18. No January 9, 2018. Nothing provided in this app ads been put on the bing search listing for my business. Contacted bing twice, still no changes. Bing still sending my customers to a senior apartment 2 miles away.
