I love this app, it provides a variety of different styles of sounds for whatever mood you're in . Whether you're trying to relieve some stress , or just looking forward to getting rid of that annoying headache . I truly recommend this app . Whether it's for some quick energy boost or sleepless nights , I can always count on it to do its job . For sleep , I usually listen to the "high stress to deep sleep " one, I find it to be very soothing , relaxing , and calm . Helps me fall asleep ,faster and much more easier .

This app works for me. The white noise that this app generates helps me relax myself to sleep so I can see that this app is quite useful. Moreover, since this is a mobile app, you can pretty much use it anywhere such as in a car or on a plane. This app has a lot of beats to select from, which is also one of its good features.

Have an option of no time-limit. Sometimes I wake up and have to restart the hour. Sometimes this occurs several times in one night. I'd like to have an unlimited time option, so I can play the beats through an entire night of sleep.

The fact that the music is looped instead of through composed and that it stops and starts so abruptly is not conducive to the point of the app (relaxation, creativity, mediation, etc.). And how do you know that everyone is going to find the same type of music to be effective for their own personal relaxation, meditation, etc.? It would much more beneficial and effective if the gross distraction of the music were not present.
