Very accurate. Was Riding old Schwinn mountain bike with a group riding new hybrids. To say the least by end of the ride I was way behind. This app allowed me to analyze my gearing compared to everyone else. A few mods to the bike and I am able to ride comfortably with everyone else. Great app.

I use it all the time. Right now I am looking into a new bike . I live in flat Florida for 6 months and 6 months in the mountains of North Carolina. Needing gearing that will work in both areas. This app answered all my questions.

I used this free app to help ensure I was buying the right bike. I’m an older rider with some limitations so I need the right gearing to make the local climbs. BikeGear helped me select the right bike, and I use it now to fine tune my riding.

Bike sales rep said the gears on the bike he showed would make for easy hill climbs. Same as my old bike. I was not so sure. Bikegear showed that the sales rep was wrong. Thanks Bikegear.
