BHIM Bharat's Own Payments App

Earlier review..I have been using this app on iPhone since it’s launch. Almost flawless. In previous version it used to have few minor issues. Now since many months no issues observed. I use it to pay monthly milk bill, sports fees for my kids, grocery bill, electricity bill, mobile, broadband bill even pay to my car cleaner using this app, add money to Paytm & equity account , wherever possible I use it. I feel this app much more safe and easy to use than other apps. One small suggestion—> it should give us option to activate multiple bank accounts simultaneously , so that I can choose one of the account while making a transaction.

So basically when this app was launched then I installed it and because that time it was full of bug. even I was not able to add my bank account, so uninstalled and forgot it that time. Now a days I keep seeing bhim payment option in almost every payment page so again installed it for a try and wow this app is so improved and does its job very well. Interface is so clean, adding and switching bank account is so easy. App is quite secure itself and because it is like your bank account is directly stored here so no need to add balance frequently like other wallet apps. Now we can directly transfer money without going through long process via net banking Thanks to developers and government for this concept.

The app is crashing over and over again. I have been using it for months and like it very much, but it keeps asking me to register now. For the past few days, it also kept asking me to submit my password again and again and it takes so much time for the app to give me access after submitting the password. After it crashes multiple times, if I finally use it for some feature, it takes so much time and most of the times, either crashes or says that I cannot proceed because of technical issues. Please look into this as the problem has been persistent for a while now.

I have an E-Sim in my iPhone and no Physical sim. Bhim App only shows an error "THERE IS NO SIM IN THE DEVICE" Kindly fix the same. I am unable to use the app. Update - I AM USING ONLY E-SIM WITH MY NUMBER. HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT E-SIM IS NOT HAVING A NUMBER? Despite of BHIM, all other UPI apps are working perfectly. Even all other bank apps too working fine. Update 2 - I received the same reply again. * I AM HAVING A REGISTERED E-SIM AND IT IS HAVING A PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS REGISTERED WITH BANK. KINDLY TRY TO UNDERSTAND RATHER THAN JUST COPY AND PASTE* You always reply with this - "E Sim in iPhone do not have a mobile number registered" But i as i said i have a mobile number registered E-Sim in iPhone which is also registered bank account. I can send you the screenshots or a screenrecord which is having E-Sim and your Bhim app not supporting and all other UPI apps are working like a charm. Kindly don't do copy paste the comments. Kindly read my update and reply it accordingly if not then don't try to reply. Such a waste of time it's difficult to make you understand. You just stuck on a thing that E-Sim is not registered and UPI works on sim blabla. *BUT AGAIN I AM STATING THAT E-SIM IS REGISTERED IN MY iPHONE WITH A PROPER NUMBER WHICH IS ALSO LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT. ONLY BHIM IS NOT WORKING ALL OTHER UPI APPS ARE ABLE TO REGISTER ME WITH THE SAME NUMBER.* KINDLY GIVE A APPROPRIATE REASON RATHER THAN MAKING FALSE COMMENTS, TRY TO FIX THE APP

Hi, I was using this app for past almost a year . One day I clicked something and from that day this is not working . I tried reinstalling it so many times , but still it’s not giving me the option of reregistering my phone no . It just shows me that check ur network, when my network is absolutely fine . Also I had purchased medicines from my local pharmacy and during that time it did not work at first and at third attempt it worked and money was deducted from my account . But the next day early mrng at 6am , I got a message again of payment to the same pharmacy with same amount ! So I paid twice fr the same transaction and money has been deducted twice for me and the pharmacy says that they have received payment only once ! Don’t know how to retrieve my money back ? Please help me start reusing this app.
