It should be able to store order location so I don't have to pick every time. It should save past orders for easy reorder. Apple pay would also be nice. Otherwise it works. Please stop rewriting the thing from scratch. The new iterations are not improvements from this end user's point of view.

No matter how many times I report an issue with app malfunctions or applying my rewards, NO ONE responds. There is no point to use the app, provide feedback, or frequent B.GOOD when the customer service is subpar. No communication from the Staff when they can’t fill an order via the app. No phone call, text message, tweet, etc., NOTHING! Literally takes longer to use the app, arrive and wait for food than to just walk in and order. I don’t get it. Maybe it’s just the Downtown location that I use that has issues with staffing or being too slow. But it’s more of a pain than it’s worth to even bother anymore.

Just tried to place an order for pick up and it doesn’t even give the option for pick up. You can ONLY select delivery. It’s same thing with the website wasted my time and only used the app / website, so I could use my rewards which can’t even use in the store, so it’s useless. Also should make allergy / vegan options clear when customizing and list ingredients in the bread (not on a different page). Not going to be using the app or website any time soon if it only means for delivery.

I don’t know if this is a companywide thing or not but the people who work at the store can never ever ever get an order right. Update I eventually got a response from BGood. I don’t know the date of the original review but I think it took them about a month, which sounds about right for them. And the response I got was to send them an email to provide feedback! Let me be clear: I already went that route on prior occasions with NO response. BGood be out to lunch...can I lower my review to 0 stars?

I have been seeing numerous double charges on my credit card. For example I made an order last night for two kids meals. I got charge for them and I went to pick them up. However this morning I received another confirmation that the same order went through. And I was charged on my credit card even though I never initiated the order. How do I look back I saw numerous other charges that looked similar. I am very unhappy about this and very disappointed usually I don’t pay attention to my credit card charges. Please look into the matter and email me back. I am a long-time customer of Bgood and love the food and staff at the restaurant here in Greenwich. And I would like this resolved as soon as possible.
