I like the app a lot better than the website. It’s very easy to use. It would be so nice if the app alerted you to when your driver is on their way with your order. It would make it easier to judge serving time and all that.

The app is an easy way to order, but it definitely has some quirks that make it annoying to use. I went to order 3 grinders for my family. We did build your own, which includes 4 toppings. Problem is, the app counts the lettuce and tomato as a topping if you try to remove them. I had to find a work around of adding 4 toppings and then pressing lettuce/tomato on the side. It shouldn’t be that hard to order on this.

We love your food! But some things I would change about the app—once the order is placed there is no true way to track it or check in on it. It just feels like something is missing and leaves me guessing when my pizza will come if at all. Also it doesn’t give you estimated times for orders so it just says it’s being prepared. It should say 40-50 Minutes or something so I know what to expect!

Never heard of these guys before but tried it out and pizza was pretty solid. Then I find out about the app and was surprised by the bonus they give you when you download it and the ease of use of the app. So far no problems, pretty stable, which all leads to good pizza times.

Bellagios App! Where have you been? I just realized today for the first time that you had an app. Took the ordering time to almost no time at all. I love your re-order feature. Will definitely be ordering more often!
