The only time this app ever worked for me to make a payment on my account, it took the payment from my bank twice. It was a significant payment too, close to $500, and at first they didn’t even believe me that it had happened. It took almost a week of gathering the right papers and documentation to get them to agree to refund me and then the refund itself took almost 2 weeks... don’t bother with this app (or BellMTS for that matter). Not worth it at all and may actually steal from you!

They look pretty and the app is limited in terms of options but it is their customer service that sucks. Do yourselves a favor and contract with any other company.

Mts always tells me i’m supposed to use this app to review my account info. This app has never worked for me. The few times it has worked to log in, I can only access the main page. Usually the app just loads and loads forever, never able to access anything whatsoever on the app. Have reported this to Mts and all they say is “oh i’m sorry to hear that”.

Just like the title, this is a terrible app. It doesn’t give more info regarding your account besides letting you know you owe them money. Just delete this from existence or fix it up to run properly.
