Downloaded this app a few weeks ago, it’s new, I understand but seems to have a few more “kinks” to work out before being great. I have most of the stamps already, uploaded the pics of the stamps and seemed to work ok. I have tried to ch go in to a few other breweries that I did not have stamps too and seem to have issues. I have been waiting for about a week now for one to either be accepted or denied. It would not let me check in with the password so I took a pic of MY mug club glass. Still nothing. But even if the password would work, it won’t let me do anything because it is still “pending”. Please get the kinks worked out so people don’t get a foul taste in their mouth about the app not working. UPDATE: Just was sitting here at a brewery discussing how close we are to getting all of them. Opened the APP and ALL of the 29 that we have previously been too are now gone?!?!? No way I am going to stop by all of them again so I’m crossing my fingers their is a glitch in the APP and it will reload shortly. Tried to log out and log back in but it would not allow me.

I love visiting the breweries and getting my passport stamped, but I’ve had multiple pending stamps for weeks now. Does no one monitor the stamp transfers? I’d use the GPS check in, but it never puts me where I’m actually at and therefore won’t work. Even if I’m on the location’s wifi. This app could be so great if someone actually took the time to monitor and help people trying to reach Brewsader status.

We are spending the weekend in Grand Rapids and found out about this app at one of the breweries. It’s been great so far as we’ve hopped around the city’s breweries. The only problem we have had is AT&T’s signal is horrible, which has given us a few issues with checking in. But that’s not the app’s fault, and several times we’ve been able to log in to WiFi, resolving the check in issue. Overall the app has been very helpful, and has made the trip more fun.

I’ve had the app for a few months. Transferred all my existing stamps in with no problem and logged a few breweries via GPS Login. Now, every time I open the app, regardless of the credentials I put it, I get a “User login failed. Try again later” error. I click on “Forgot my password” and it never stops loading. I cannot add any new breweries, nor can I access any kind of account settings. If the log in screen doesn’t appear upon opening the app, I have to delete and reinstall the app to try again. It’s more frustrating to use now, and I can’t get all my stamps in one place. Please fix the bugs so this is actually usable!!!

Love the concept of this app but always seems to never allow me to check in. I am able to put in location and the password but never can it register. I have to be online always to get it to at least register and not every brewery has a guest WiFi to allow me to check in and then it drains my battery because of it. I get frustrated with the app but love the concept. Can’t wait to get my shirt when all done.
