The app is versatile and entertaining to keep your child engaged in these important functional activities. In general, it can be difficult for a child to receive daily in-clinic treatments from allied-health professionals. The Beats Medical Dyspraxia App is not intended to replace specialist care, but to augment it with game and therapies delivered at home through an app. The therapy-based exercise app is aimed at improving your child’s independence through tackling task orientated functional activities, relevant to their daily life. Blast across a galaxy of interactive therapies: Exercises for Fine Motor Skills such as handwriting, hand coordination, accuracy, fine hand opposition and upper limb control by completing missions in the following: - Around the Moon - Space Race - Shooting Stars - Milky Way Match - Galactic Navigator - Crater Tilt Exercises for Gross Motor Skills such as physical strength, spatial awareness, balance and coordination by completing space cadet training in the following: Space cadet activity cards The cards are designed to be fun for siblings and friends who can incorporate imaginative topics to keep your child interested and inspired in physical activity.
