The fonts are a bit smaller and now when you choose bills payment, if you have billers with the same company example CITIBANK. You’d see several citibank without the extra info that was present before. You now have to go through all or a few of them to find the correct account you are paying for.

I have used this app for transactions like money transfer and checking of my balance.. but it just suddenly crashed. I can no longer log in to my acct cos as soon as I open the app it closes.. How can I make this work again, I try logging in using the web but they require the OTP which is sent to a mobile number that I am no longer using. There is no way I can retrieve the OTP cos i need to update my phone number.. Please help me what to do. This app is very helpful to me.. OFW here thank you..

Totally disappointed...it automatically logging me out without reason...this mobile app, search or to view your recent or last transactions ( never displayed)...still not working or you can’t even search for your most recent or last transactions...totally frustrating...kindly fix your mobile app...quite interesting and friendly-user mobile app but there’s so much to fix or perharps need to update...it’s 2019...wake up BDO, i believe you find ways...find a ways to fix this matter...Thanks and Godbless you all...🙏🏼

Fingerprint does not work in the most recent update. Not sure who designed the UI, feels like too cramped. Perhaps reducing the font size and other object sizes will improve the mobile phone’s screen estate. Color palette is nice though. UPDATE 5.0.1: The UI was improved and the fingerprint issue worked fine.

The real question is, should I trust this bank if they have made such an app? Can’t believe one of Philippines top banks has such an outdated app. Looks like made out of ready made template. Modern phones doesn’t have finger scanner anymore so can’t login without password now, also when I login it’s so slow and I can’t see my transactions because it gives me error. Fix the design of this ugly thing and more importantly make it work on modern devices.
