Bay Alarm Connect

I selected Bay Alarm from my past experience in the East Bay and wanted to keep them when I moved to Contra Costa County. The Office there was so awesome! The Sales person (Patty Landers) was amazing! She really knows her product line and knows what might work best for the customer. She easily understands our needs and works so hard and effectively to meet those needs. Her follow up is outstanding and she never stops working to produce nothing but the best result. So so pleased! The installer (Fred) was also amazing. He worked so hard and efficiently to produce a most professional job that was great and worked to perfection. He knew just was needed and what would work in some difficult situations. As good as the East Bay Office was, The Contra Contra Office was even more Stunning. Bay Alarm is the way to go! They have the people who can make all the difference!!

I’m an extremely satisfied customer from the beginning to the end their service was nothing but exceptional. Toni the sales person is very efficient and extremely quick knows what she’s doing obviously has been doing it for some time and made the whole process a piece a cake. Chris the service technician was also top drawer what that means for those young folks is his service was five stars. He was very professional, courteous, and funny at times but a pleasure to be around and if you ask me I would rate them a 10 if I could. So, with that being said I highly recommend this company to those of you who do not have an alarm system because they will take good care of you and will treat you right thank you Roseanna!

We recently had our wireless burglar alarm system, outdoor cameras, video doorbell camera, and smoke/carbon monoxide detector installed by Bay Alarm. Jeremy Sprowls and Veasna Koy did the installation. They were very nice and knowledgeable. They were well dressed and professional. Since I’m not good with technology, I really appreciated the time they took to teach me how to use the system. There was no stress. I love this app but ever since I installed the most recent update I get a security action failed notification every time I try to arm or disarm our system. If I press the button that says try again it quickly either arms or disarms. So this is workable, and so far I’ve been doing this inside the house so I can hear the alarm beep and I know for certain that it’s on. It’s just when you get a notification saying it’s failed that creates concern. Since everything worked perfectly until the most recent update and I noticed that somebody recently put a similar review I’m thinking this is just something that is a result of that update. That’s why am putting in this review so that you can see this is concern and fix this for the next update. Thank you

Someone at 1:47am went into my garage and stole my archery bow. I noticed it about 6:20am the next morning. I reviewed many videos and finally was able to see this man bring the archery bow to his car and take off. I tried to replay it so I could give the police the info. When I went to review it- there was a message that the recording was not available and the video of the garage was replaced with my front door view. It was completely missing. I called bay alarm and the tech told me to sign out and re-try. I did and it still didn’t work. Very frustrating. Many nights it will not record the garage area at all and only my front door.
