There is no way to contact thro the application.. no “forget password” button or “contact” button. The application recently is not allowing me to login even tho I’m using the face ID to login, it says wrong password. It also says the same thing when I enter my password.. and it instantly blocks me for ten minutes!!! While there is no email to contact whatsoever..! This happened to me twice now and I didn’t change my password, and even if I want to change my password I couldn’t because there is no button to do so!

The app need to improve login input e.g to be compatible with Face ID or auto filled user id and password.

The App needs to be little tuned, below are my comments: 1-The personal identification picture is not fitting the allocated box. 2- The application doesn’t support finger print!! Every time you need to type your CPR and use PIN number 3- you can’t setup debt card profile. 4- doesn’t support PayPal or credit card 5- when you use the option request for money, you sent only SMS to the other party, the Apps doesn’t have a pop up or altering mechanism in the recipient wallet. 6- KYC registration is exaggerated for such digital wallet with such functionality. I have some more but I feel this is the role of apps provider rather than customer. Regards Tariq

Can be quite unreliable at times. Embarrassed me many times. What’s the point of carrying the real credit card when trying to use bWallet? Why I stopped using it.
