Bankerji, by Arab Bank, is an interactive game which enables players to experience the role of managing a bank branch and learning more about customers profiles, bank products and services and how they can utilize the various digital banking channels to serve customers in a more time efficient manner and within the ultimate levels of service excellence. The player will be given the role of a Bank Manager, managing one of Arab Bank’s branches. Players will need to manage everything related to the branch banking facilities and serving the branch customers time-efficiently to maintain their satisfaction. Customers will have different needs at the branch, such as opening accounts, cash withdrawals and deposits, applying for products and services, inquires and other requests. Organizing customers’ requests and serving them efficiently is one of the main challenges faced when playing the game. The Game consists of 4 Chapters/challenges with 10 levels for each. لعبة "Bankerji" من البنك العربي، لعبة تفاعلية تمكن اللاعبين من تجربة إدارة فرع للبنك العربي ومعرفة المزيد عن: العملاء، المنتجات والخدمات البنكية، وكيفية الاستفادة من مختلف الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية التي يقدمها البنك لخدمة عملائه بأقصى درجات المرونة والسرعة وبأفضل مستويات التميز في الخدمة. تتكون اللعبة من 4 مراحل أو تحديات مع 10 مستويات لكل منها، وخلالها سيتم إعطاء اللاعب دور "مدير إحدى فروع البنك "، وسيحتاج اللاعب إلى خدمة العملاء بفاعلية وفي وقت قصير، وإدارة كل ما يتعلق بمعاملاتهم البنكية اليومية مثل: فتح الحسابات، السحب النقدي، الودائع، التقدم بطلب للمنتجات والخدمات، بالإضافة إلى استفسارات وطلبات أخرى، وتعد عملية تنظيم طلبات العملاء وتقديمها لهم بكفاءة وسرعة من أهم التحديات التي تواجه اللاعبين.
