It supports all functions of an integrated FEM software as followings. ●2D Modeler - defines geometry by merging or cutting with polygons, rectangles or circles. ●Mesher - automatically generates a mesh that its fineness can be controlled by a density image. ●Conditoner - enters boundary and etc. conditions. ●FEM Solver - supports to plane strain and plane stress problem. ●Visualizer - offers color-contour and deformation view of object. awFEM was developed with "FEM in your pocket" concept to be realized that you can perform only with a iPhone/iPad until visualization of FEM result from model geometry definition in very short time at wherever you are. You can create three models without purchasing options, and perform the basic numerical analysis functions. To create four or more models, please purchase "Professional Specs" in the app. After the purchase, export/import functions can be also utilized. You can transfer awFEM data as Email attached files between iOS devices. Additionally, mesh and condition data can be exported as a text file.
