I looked all over for a method to print my “Proof of Insurance” document so that I could put into car as required. Please consider adding the ability to export, save, or print the pdf documents. I am using the iOS app. Other than that, I found the app useful and easy to access now that fingerprint/face recognition has been added.

Won't support older iPads. Try to log in to my account through Safari but it forces me to us the app instead of the option to use a full desktop version. Try to download the app and it says my iPad is too old but I can download an older version. I say ok and it downloads. Then when I try to open it it says STOP, update required. That's it. Companies rush to have the latest an greatest and leave many customers behind with no solution but to buy more and more equipment Lousy implementation.

Easy way to access policy information. Still doesn’t seem to work with Touch ID, even when selection the ‘remember me’ option as suggested by developer responses. Inability to print policy documents or proof of insurance doc is a shortcoming. Oddly, the app doesn’t have a settings option to adjust UI or preferences.

This app is a must have for Auto-Owners customers. Manage your billing account, view policy documents and policy status right from the app. Happy to be an Auto Owners customer and am excited to use the app for most of my needs.

This is essentially an app in which to run a mobile version of the website. I use apps as an alternative to entering passwords every time I need to access an account. My phone has sufficient security for my needs; the app should at least remember my password, and ideally should have Touch ID. It is faster to use LastPass via Chrome than to use this app.
