Great app potential but don’t understand how the ‘make a quick contribution’ is quick when you need to fill in bank details every time. I even set up direct debit in the hope it can remember my bank details but no, still need to complete bank details each time we want to make a quick contribution. Also way to many pop up warning about scheduled maintenance in the future. One warning would be enough. Don’t need to be told the same thing each and every we use the app. Or even if places in the notification area would be enough (up the top where notifications are already). I don’t think many people care if maintenance is going to occur at midnight some day in the future. However, I think it’s great they have this app and hoping it will improve in future so I can be easier to use and make quick contributions.

I never normally review apps but this one is so frustrating I have to. It just doesn’t work. I can’t update my home address despite putting all the details in correctly - the ‘save’ button simply cannot be clicked on, the ‘cancel’ button works fine though. I constantly get error messages when logging in and navigating through the app. You cannot view your statement within the app, you have to download it. The design is nice but the UX is annoying. There’s also very little actual information available within the app, it inevitably sends you out of the app to the AusSuper website for any information - so what’s the point of having an app at all?

This is a pretty good app and works well for keeping an eye on when my employer makes my super contributions (it’s never the same day). However the latest update has caused facial recognition to stop working. It’s still enabled in settings, but since updating it always asks for my passcode. Not the biggest deal, but still annoying. Hopefully the developer will see this and patch this soon.

Team, so far the improvements are good and this makes me want to use the app regularly and monitor the returns. However there is no option to see past performance for each of my allocation. It would be great if I can see past performance for each of the allocation class so that I can review my portfolio on a quarterly or annual basis and make changes.

Summary: app won't let me log in to my account even though credentials are correct in all the browsers. I never write reviews, this time is different because no matter how many times I speak to someone at Aus super about the proven, it drops off and the same problem exists. It must be a technical issue, how is it still like this after however many months it's been? Happy to discuss with a developer (or just give me some steps please) as I might have better chance of resolving this way than relying on the team on the phone. Cheers
