Convenient 70% of the time. We have bought two 4 packs with all of the chargers and extra batteries for properties that are 7 hours apart. We have been able to produce evidence in cases we have needed to pursue, which have resulted in our favors, compliments to these devices. Only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars, is that the cameras seem to lag at times, customer service isn’t incredibly helpful, the delay on the motion sensors is frustrating, the ability to talk thru the cameras to guests or trespassers isn’t practical, as it either freezes up, lagging for minutes at a time most times, often making you have to close the app, and reopen, then wait, and if time is of the essence in a bad situation you are watching from another state, it’s totally not helpful. Not to mention also, that one account only supports “up to” 5 cameras, and considering their “best deals” are the 4 packs, and we need 8 cameras on one property, it’s not ideal. Their subscription is anything up to 5 cameras is free, over that, you have to pay for each individual camera, OR the subscription of 10 or 20 cameras. Given the fact we are at buying another 4 pack, making it 12 cameras total, it’s a bit manipulative to get you to buy their subscription. We have recommended this system when we just had the 4 cameras, stating how great it was, not knowing what buying more would present, our neighbors and friends have all bought them, and now this.
