I had on line booking with dr Sandeep Guleria on 20. May at 3.15 pm . While booking was smooth but upload of prescription and test reports was very difficult task. Till my consultation test reports was not uploaded. However I sent reports n prescription on his mobile on WhatsApp which helped for dr to provide medicines etc. also while consultation i was not able to see dr but able to hear his voice. Dr was able to see me. Prescription could be uploaded to me . But getting receipt was equally challenging task. I am happy finally today I could get receipt on my email. Pls note sr citizens like me may not be good at internet and hence problem. Hand holding is must which can make process simple and patient friendly. Thanks and regards. A k bansal

My experience is bad as I had fixed an appointment morning at 9:00. I waited till 9:35 in front of the app saying doctor will join in next 15 mins which went up to 24 mins and then suddenly at 9:35 it said you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I was irritated and cancelled. Refund was done immediately as I had paid through UPI mode. I tried my luck again with doctor available in next 15 mins today evening at 9:00 pm. Doctor was seen yawning and looked as if someone had woken up. Doctor was in supper hurry and wanted to finish my appointment. I was not allowed to ask any of my questions and it was clear that I had made a wrong choice of taking up this task. All my details where taken and simple feedback was given. It is very high. It is bad. Eat vegetables and green leaf food and water based fruits. Take care of yourself. Doctor was in super hurry and wanted to leave within in 3 mins of the call. I was not allowed to ask any question. I have high regards for doctor who are trying their best in this in president time but being a patient, they also need to listen to our pain and concern and help to get is addressed.

Had registered on apollo24x7 online app. Fixed appointment with doctor . There was too much background noise during the call but i managed Next, the doctor gave so many tests to do infact which were even repetitive. I had already done cbc but he told me to do haemogram again. I hv done that also. Now the doctor is not even responding to my queries on the chat window of your app. The window is open fir 5 days only and for 3 days he has not even replied. I escallated and only one reply came and he is again silent. I want to ask whether patient’s concerns matter to apollo or is only money and heavy fees everything gor u. For the past 12 days i hv fever, all my reports are normal and none of your doctors is able to explain why i m getting fever. Each one is just referring to the next doctor standing in line to take money from us. Well you take all our money but at least give cure too

It’s been long almost a month that I placed my order with apollo pharmacy but haven’t gotten the delivery done yet plus there is no option to cancel the order neither is any customer service team available to assist on this issue. They aren’t delivering the medicine nor are they allowing to cancel and refund. Never ever order from apollo web and mobile app. The service is not up to the mark and nor do they bother to share any update with their customers. How can they even take the ownership of fulfilling such an essential need when they aren’t even equipped with resources to be able to do that. This is violation of essential commodities act. Rather would suggest to Order from Netmeds they are processing orders quite faster and delivering them to your doorstep.

I ordered baby food on 1st July after checking the delivery time 2nd July by 8PM. The order status showed order packed but it didn’t got delivered. I checked the app there was no contact no. to call anyone instead they have a form and after filling that form you have to wait 24-48 hours for them to connect with us and you guys are into medicine delivery👏🏻. Anyways, somehow I got the toll free number by calling the Apollo pharmacy near me and what I get to hear that you guys are incapable of resolving my issue at this time and I have to wait 24hours for any kind of update👏🏻👏🏻. Now when I am getting these notifications of yours of same day delivery with 10% discount it’s making me so angry that I m feeling like putting up this review on all social platforms. This was my first and last time of using your app. Disappointed!
