Of course it was already installed in the car so we had no choice but to pay for it, but was told it would track the car in real time. Nothing even close to real time. It won’t even track to the point where you refresh. Not what I expected and barely even worth having, great if you like tracking to the nearest 10 to 15 minutes.

As other reviews have noted, the tracking is nowhere near “real time”. It commonly says my wife’s car was in our driveway “updated 2 minutes ago”, when I know she has already dropped off our kids at daycare and is at work. To say this service is unreliable would be an understatement. Find yourself a better gps tracking system. The company has agreements with car dealerships to pay them for each sale; so dealerships pop em on your car and then try to pass that cost on to you. Just say no, as we did. You didn’t ask to have this terrible service installed, and if the dealership wants your business they will not charge you for it (mine tried to sneak it in for $800 for a 5 year Apex plan!). I told them they will not be getting my business like that and they removed the $800 and I have a year of the Apex service for free (although as bad as the tracking is, I don’t really care).

Today I looked to see where my vehicle was due to my daughter has it and the last update was at 7:48 AM CT moving at 31 miles per hour it is now 3:25pm CT and it says that it's been moving @ 31 miles per hour for 8 hours and it's been in the same spot for that 8 hrs. Another day it was sitting in the road for 5 hours moving at 14 mile per hour. Another time I checked and on the map it was in a forest of trees moving at 1 mile per hour. This is not the first time that this has happened when my son had the car it said that it was moving at 1 mile per hour and was in the hotel driveway for over 12 hours and he was over to the Convention center that was a block away from the hotel and then he went back to the hotel and never took the vehicle that day. Not happy with this app because it is so unreliable to find yourvehicle

I love this app! I use it because it locates my BMW much faster than my BMW app. It updates the position every 5 minutes just like the dealership said it would and goes into a battery save mode and doesn’t update if the vehicle isn’t moving (until it moves again). I also have it on 2 Toyota’s and use it everyday to see where my daughter is. I can’t say enough for how much I depend on this app.

Service works perfectly! Always accurate and very fast response on geofencing. They finally added push notifications and it makes it extremely work having this service on my truck. Exceptional app and I won’t own a vehicle without this system.
