It’s easy to watch my WiFi camera with this app, but after a year I still can’t figure out how to configure alarm actions. There aren’t any instructions, no way to know what kinds of settings numbers produce what kind of result. Creating an alert zone is easy, but resizing it or moving it are a mess because the drag doesn’t follow your finger! I want it to record from a minute before the sleet to 5 minutes later. What I get are a bunch of videos that miss most of that time, and the non-video files aren’t viewable, they just take up space, no idea what they are. Also, there’s no way to get video or stills off of the camera and onto your laptop without going to the camera and getting its SD card.

This app will kill a battery in iOS if left in back ground. And there is no way to kill background activity on the app with out closing it out. Just have to remember to close out the app completely every time you use it. For quick access to check on alerts it great. It does require access to their server inorder to receive alerts . Accosionaly it goes down.

My husband and I both use this for our security cameras. We have only encountered one disconnect when we first started using it and I believe that was an issue with the camera hook up. This is a great app for home security!....UPDATE: AUG. 27, 2017. Now we cannot get it to work at all on any PC or device. Very disappointed!

Before it works perfectly fine. Now it's trying to connect and it doesn't do it. I will repeat the process to delete and configure. It it just doesn't want to connect. It's recognizing the device camera but it just don't connect even with the Ethernet cable connected. Pls Help this is absolutely true! In my case it is the same. Can the developer have an answer to this problem? Why it does not work anymore?

This is a great camera! It really is. Great Image quality. The app on the other hand is complete garbage. It is constantly disconnecting from the internet. It happens all of the time and is a huge issue while we are output of town because I cannot connect with the camera while using a different WiFi. My cheap cameras never have this problem. Im truly fed up!
