Ist the cameras our excellent great pictures no problem with installation (i am a electriction) great price would purchase again 2nd the app has a lot to be desired tryed to connect to i phone following manual did get to work but no pictures unstable internet tried to figure it out but to no avail to late to call for tech support to long for email so called my son (computer technician) well 2 1/2 hours later we got it working after reprogramming router tweeking app settings they work yea Over all great system app needs work owner manual needs work they write it like your a computer wizard

User BEWARE! Have you noticed how many fake 5-star reviews this app has, copy & pasted under different names? There is a reason for that. This app and the Annke cameras are completely outdated and worthless. You can NOT view camera footage unless you are connected to the same network. So if you are on vacation or away from your monitored site & want updates or remote viewing capabilities, they are worthless. Tech support? Good luck with that. It’s a hilariously frustrating circle of useless information. When you are connected to the same network and can view play back, it’s almost impossible to locate motion events within a super sensitive scroll bar of footage. I have far superior apps & cameras in use for my other camera locations. I just returned the camera system and will be deleting this app.

Generally speaking, I am quite satisfied with it. First of all, the logistics are very fast, the goods inspected are intact and complete, and the accessories are even more complete than I expected. Secondly, the business services can also follow up, customer service can help remote debugging products in a timely manner, and then the product is about the same as I expected, good workmanship, clarity is the most praiseworthy, in short, cost-effective or very high, worthy of recommendation

This makes no since. Before I could view away from home. Now I must be on wifi the same wifi as system which is definitely not what I want. Why would I need to view them while I'm home it's when I'm away that I want to see what's going on. Please explain why the change and or how do I view while away. Thank you. This is my only complaint. I do have a question on how to get the back cameras to not be too bright I can't see anything at night and I have adjusted every way possible. I think.

I read a review after I purchased this camera system and someone said you couldn’t view remotely and had to be on the same network...this is absolutely not true! This is my 2nd camera system from different manufacturers, and this app is just as good as the other. I had a 4 camera system and ordered the 8 camera system. I’m very happy with the app.
