Angkas [Old]

I mainly use this service for convenience and fast transportation. I hope that you can have an accurate location of your drivers wherein we can book the ones nearest to the us customers. I also find it very confusing that your Angkas drivers do not have identification. There were times wherein I thought it was my Angkas driver, only to find out that it was not after asking for my name. It is very inconvenient to go ask every Angkas drivers in front of me, most especially if there are a lot of them being booked in my workplace. You should make sure that their plate numbers match the one plate number in the app. Because there are instances that they are not matching. One time, my Angkas driver said he already arrived, but there were 2 of them, so I checked the plate numbers, none of them matches from the app, so I was hesitant, but then it turned out that one of them was the Angkas driver that I booked after asking. Please please please I hope you can find a way to fix this confusion and mishaps. Thank you! ❤️

I’ve only used the app occassionally but the experiences were drastically different. The first few times were okay, but then there was a time when I was in a bit of a hurry and the driver that got booked was still 7-8 minutes away and there was already another driver in front of me. I thought that the one near me was the one that got booked but no it wasn’t. Please fix this issue where drivers far from our locations are the ones that get booked and the ones who are actually near us don’t. The main reason why I chose to use the app was because of convenience and the speedy time. It totally defeats the purpose of what your company stands for when I have to wait for a long time for a driver who may or may not arrive, and I have a free driver in front of me who I can’t even book!

This is a very incredible and awesome app where you can catch up with your appointments or schedules in work, office and school. Keep it up! You’re doing a great job in the Philippines. If Vietnam has Grab Moto, Philippines has Angkas. I’ve been in Vietnam and this is a fantastic similarity with their motorcyle public transportation. It helps a lot of people in this generation-X. It is very needed and very helpful for the benefits of the people. It has more pros than cons. It is much better if you can also use card for payment to prevent hassle of paying cash and, if you can make any reports for the ride to secure the payment. Bottomline, it is a wonderful, fast and reliable application for everyone who is in a hurry for a single passenger ride.

To the angkas biker kuya marco/marc with motor plate number 9057-VI, he gave me free ride around 7:30pm last October 20,2018, i was having hard time booking angkas going to eastwood, so i walked from megamall to Rockewell business center pasig, then he suddenly offered a free ride telling me hes going home and about to park,(I did not believe at first for i tought it was just a joke or something) so i continue walking from rockewell business center pasig to medical city pasig, then i wS shocked that he followed me, still offering the free ride, so i asked, is it for real, he said “Yes! Im going home now and about to park, i just want to help stranded passengers” I salute you kuya Marco/Marc for doing that. Thank You and Have A Great ride everyday. God Bless. #GoodSamaritan

I've been using this app everyday going to work for 2 months and I've never been disappointed. I usually spend almost 3 hours traveling to work when there's traffic jam and when I started using this app, I just now spend 1 hour traveling despite of traffic in manila. It really saves a lot of time huh, I still more have time to spend my morning routine with my child and never been running late since then. All bikers are really polite. It is really a great app! The addional amount I spend from the usual cost in traveling is worth it for saving a lot of time. Highly recommended 😀
