I have different banking accounts and loan accounts with different companies, and this app is by far the worst I have ever used. Some of the downsides include: there is not a Touch ID login, after you log in there is very little you get regarding your loan accounts - you cans see statements, the numbers seem to always be delayed with showing payments and/or payment due information, loan details are non-existent. If you want to make a payment from any other bank account, you have to set up the external account then transfer the funds - there is nowhere to see that this transaction happened other than looking at your external account. The processes and locations within the app are clunky and not intuitive. I think of any app I’ve ever had, this is the only one I have felt strongly frustrated enough to leave a negative review. Even my local mom & pop shopping app is better. So in closing...it’s only considered a convenient feature if it is actually convenient. Save your frustration and go to the branch or just choose another bank.

Anbtx did an update after 2 years or nothing for it to finally look like an app that Chase or Wells Fargo came out with in 2007. It still doesn't support native mobile check deposit and they didn't bother testing support of other apps such as Acorns. It's really sad the amount of money and time they spent in advertising this big change for it to be the same. Update: After emailing everyone that was anyone with the bank, the CEO finally got back to me not to pursuade me to stay with ANBTX, but to explain their old software, which was Jack Henry, wasn't customizable at all and the new platform would allow future development and improvments. In my opinion, it is too little, too late. I closed my accounts today and am happily a Chase customer now. I can stand in my home and do all of my banking. ANBTX needs to understand that people want to bank without going to the bank.

I have had an account and the app for over two years. At no point have I been able to successfully view my account details on my iPhone at any point since joining. I can see the summary acreen of all of the accounts with the balances, but when you select an account to view it is a blank blue screen. The only way I can view my balances is on the web page. I left Capital One to join here because of the inconvenience of there no longer being a branch close by, their app was far more user friendly, and provided way more options as well as full account details. I am able to do mobile deposits and do balance transfers without an issue on this app, but checking my daily account info is pretty vital info and needs to be fixed asap. I am reconsidering my banking options and I’ll be shopping around for a new bank soon if this does not turn around.

It was easier to use the old version. This app looks terrible on my iPhone 7 plus & I couldn't even set up the security settings from my phone - couldn't view the whole question. Did anyone test this? I was expecting to be able to do mobile deposits since a bank employee told me it would be part of this big update - if the functionality is there, I can't find it. This is a huge disappointment. ANBTX could have spent the $ they spent on mailing out letters about this update to hire someone to do the programming. I tried but have not seen any additional benefits to me. C'mon guys!

I have been with ANBTX for more than 29 years. In all that time, I have received wonderful customer service and am always treated like a “real” person and not just a number. It is nice to know there are still a few places you can walk into and they know your name. People who know your children and ask about them by name. Thank you for almost three decades of Awesome service!
