Not sure why, but now it always indicates the camera is OFFLINE. Maybe their Cloud service is down? We use another app Aeye and the camera shows up fine on both wifi & cellular. We're using a 1080 MiniPTZ bullet IPNC viewed on an iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 10.2.1 Here's our review from when it used to work: The app provides the bare essentials to view & PTZ by swiping & pinching, but that's all. We have to logout & log back in to switch between cellular & wifi which is inconvenient. Pulling down to refresh doesn't seem to help. Would like to be able to choose between Main Stream or Sub Stream but the only choice is "LD". Would also like to be able to recall presets, at least 1-10 but there are none. Would also like to be able to turn IR on or off, but again no buttons for that. Like I said, it's a bare essentials app, and could be improved with just a few more buttons. Wonder if there's an SDK available?
