This app offers no-frills ambient noise generation. It has the essentials: a timer, and the ability to set presets. It offers only static-y sounds. You will not find falling rain or crackling fires in this app. If all you need is a soothing tone to help filter out the noise of the world around you, this app should do a good job of meeting your needs without being another distraction. The only feature that doesn’t make sense to me is the bouncing ball, but it doesn’t impede the function of the app, and can be toggled into a frozen state, so is therefore inoffensive. This app is a great companion to my AppleMusic Focus and Ambient playlists, it adds a little bit of buzz that helps me tune out the distractions around me and get things done. Should you purchase it, I hope it treats you as well as it has treated me.

10/10 I use this app every single night to fall asleep- it drowns out any city sounds so perfectly. Its the only app I’ve found that really understand the difference in soft and rough white noise, along with everything in between.

Bought the app and there are no presets even though they are shown on the images of how the app functions above. Two bucks is almost nothing but I would like a refund.
