The customer service is very poor. In the FAQ they said it’ll take 24 hours to verify you account. But even after 10-12 days your account isn’t verified. Please don’t recharge your account before your account is verified. Otherwise there’s zero chance to get back your money. For a test I recharged 10tk and I think I’ll never get it back or use it what I intended for. AmberIT IP call is a fraud service that pretends to be first IP calling service but in reality it's not. I’ve also called AmberIT customer center to get my problem resolved I’ve waited more 15 minutes on hold and nobody picked my call. I think they’ll never give you a service that they promise. Even if they keep their promise maybe the quality of the service will be one of the worst services in IOS app store.

Their verification process is totally a gimmick! All of my information including the copy of my NID card are all correct according to their rules. But it’s still not verified in 30 days. Although their marketing says it should take only 24 hours. Their customer service is really poor. Also I noticed some people recharge their IP Phone before getting verified. Please don’t do that.

I’ve downloaded your app 5 days ago and registered with my NID. It said it will take 24 hrs to activate. 5 days and still no response! Why do you launch a half baked product in the market? You have a very good ISP. Maybe you should stick with it.

I got verified after calling in 2/3day. App not showing incoming call no and no option of call accept. Microphone connection not ok. Other side can’t listen my voice.

Download app and need picture,NID number and NID copy than submit but it’s not entry it’s required name but no option to entry. How could they launch the app without checking. Disappointed
