Been using this app for only 4 days on my iPhone. It constantly crashes through out the day and takes a good couple of minutes to reload. And on top of that, 50% of the time after it reloads it will crash again as soon as you touch the screen to chose an option. This has dragged out my delivery times unnecessarily, not to mention annoyed customers who are having to wait for the app to reload so I can scan their parcels before handing it to them (the app usually crashes as soon as I’ve scanned the parcel and rang the bell). That aside, you can never tell in which direction you are supposed to be heading down the road (once started delivering) I am forever having to turn my van around because I’m going the wrong way. Route directions aren’t too bad, long distance, as long as you are keeping an eye on the screen as what it says isn’t always what it actually means. I’ve given the app 2 stars because it does work (eventually) and gets the job done (eventually) but there is much improvement needed especially when it comes to iPhone compatibility. I look forward to these issues being resolved.

For a few weeks now the app crashes randomly! I can’t do collections as after about 20 scans the app crashes and loses what I’ve scanned so I have to start scanning again. When delivering I can be in somebody’s back garden and deliver to say rear porch and I take a picture and it crashes. It crashes sometimes when I swipe to finish the delivery so I have to then knock on the customers door again after waiting a minute for the app to reload so I can scan the parcels again to finish the delivery. I have an iPhone XS and the app hasn’t been updated since an iOS update so this needs addressing please especially at the busiest time of the year???

Been a delivery driver for a couple months now, not flex, full routes where I have to delivery hundreds of a parcels a day so unfortunately I have to put up with this app more than most people! The app currently is poor, the mapping is very bad, it ignores one ways, I thinks certain footpaths are road and I have been directed in the complete opposite direction to the way I should be going. The most annoying issue for me is the customer calling! I can deal with the other stuff but the app is constantly refusing to call the customer which is a very big aspect for the company I work for. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

When on route, app not use for couple min while u looking for parcel out of bag.. screen shut off power .. u press button to open phone to use the app. App froze black screen for couple sec then crash to home screen!! Having to restart app. Same as when u scan parcel before carry to customer house u close the screen while carry parcels.... arriving customer house u open phone and app crash and u have to restart app before u can scan and deliver to customer... having to do this 30 time a day please fix this and update app 😊

For a company of Amazon's magnitude, it’s very surprising how bad this app has been developed. App constantly crashes on the latest iOS 13 update on the iPhone X. - Constant freezing and logging out of app after a delivery to a stop is made. - When switching apps it will crash (changing from Waze or Google Maps back to the app) - When assigned your itinerary it will crash and blank screen if your phone is on the lock screen locked and you try open it. This is very troublesome as it makes it look like orders aren’t being acknowledged when they send out. - When you lose signal due to being in a lift or in general it will crash the app and then when you log back in your scanned items are gone and if you tried to swipe to finish and it happens.. then it becomes an absolute nightmare as support are very incompetent in these situations. Please fix :-)
