This app is halfway to being efficient and thus halfway to being great. Sometimes I can find my location: I live in the bay area and my lash studio in San Jose can be accessed through the app, but I also use the Downtown studio when I am in San Diego and it doesn’t appear on the app at all! As far as scheduling goes, half the time my appointments appear on the app and the other half of the time I can’t find them! So yes, definitely some fixes needed!

First of all this brand is awesome. Since I started getting my lashes done year or so ago, the lash stylists have always gone out of their way to make sure I leave confident. I’ve sent many of my friends there and they love their look as well. The app makes it easy to book appointments while I’m on the go and make sure I get Sarah who is absolutely the best at lashes.

I love my lashes and am a member! I have been using the app for a bit now because my schedule is crazy at work and with my kids so I’m constantly having to book last minute. The online booking is super easy to use and accessible day or night. I highly recommend their lashes and the app saves me so much time!!

When I first joined, I was able to easily schedule appts through the app, but for the last 5 months or so each time I try to book through the app it says there’s no availability and to call the store. When I call the store there is availability and each time I tell them about the app not working they tell me they’ll let the higher-ups know, but it’s been 5 months and nothings been fixed. Super frustrating!! I wish they’d fix it because it was super convenient.

This app used to work for me but now every time I open it, it says no salons can be found. Location services are turned on so I do t understand this. Before it started doing this, I could find my salon but then it would say there were no appointments or stylists. Something is terribly wrong. The location features never worked very well to begin with. Please invest in upgrading/fixing this app!
