Alif - Muslim Dating & Friends

Alif is the social networking app we’ve been waiting for. Within a single virtual community, you can find yourself roommates, new buddies and even a significant other. As a woman who has experienced too many negative encounters on other online spaces/dating apps, I was at first hesitant to try again. But after speaking with other girlfriends who use Alif, and hearing of their positive reviews, I downloaded it. Now, after just a few weeks after being on Alif, I can say with absolute confidence that this space is different—its users are far more respectful, more like-minded, and, perhaps most importantly, more exciting! I’m planning a hiking trip with new friends, and I’m so stoked to be expanding my network. Thanks, Alif ☺️

So if you looking for a hook up go to any other app out there they got them. This app here is for ones who are looking to be in a serious relationship or to find real people to network or roommate together. It’s a solid app and idea. It won’t give you an answer over night just like real life you must filter through the options giving to you here. Also Alif support was great to help me overcome some issues I have encountered, fast. Thank you! And good luck to all of you.

I moved to NYC a couple of years ago for work and since have been looking for a way to connect with fellow Muslims in the area. I am not necessarily looking for a relationship but I definitely want to network and make friends, so when this app released in New York I was ecstatic! I can’t believe how many like-minded Muslims live right by me. I love how easy it is to use and I can’t wait to see what new features they come up with!

This is a joke. Once again I have deleted my account because well guess what I couldnt see profiles. Sent message to concierge looking for help and understanding then sent an email to support when it happened for a third day in a row. Oh yes support replied and gave me the 4 names that I was suppose to be seeing but no when I replied to them and even sent a screenshot of what I was seeing I got no response, so sent concierge and support a message saying I’m deleting my account because what good is it to have one if I can’t use it to look at other profiles?

Unlike other apps, Alif gives you a digestible batch of people every day to go through instead of an endless stack of profiles that you have to swipe through. Profiles are real, so it’s a great way to meet people in your area. The app looks and feels great. Easily the best app I’ve used to meet new people.
