3.0In August of 1998, we opened the first Alfredo’s store in Weatherford, Oklahoma, a community of 12,000 people 75 miles west of Oklahoma City. The original facility was a 1500-square-foot remodeled pizza joint. We could squeeze 45 people into the small dining area; it was truly a community watering hole. There was no waiting area so on Friday and Saturday nights there were more people waiting in the parking lot than there were cars. Today We have now grown to 4 locations in Edmond, Moore, Yukon, and Warr Acres!
