Optionally add a note to record any insights. See at a glance you history and when you've missed your target. You can also set a custom monthly goal. Set a reminder in the evening to remind yourself to record, but also to interrupt actual drinking, perhaps steering yourself towards non-alcoholic alternatives. All consumption information is just stored on your device. You can import and export it from the app.
