AgreeOn - The debt, rent, IOU calculator for friends

I have a wife and kids, which can get expensive. Besides the tax deductions, which are very helpful, this app helps us to keep our expenses in check. We have all created a contact on our phone called “Family” which is linked to our home phone number. Anytime we make an expense that is for the family, we create a transaction on the app that makes a claim from the “Family” account. Groceries, Utilities, Phone bills, gifts, are all part of this family account. This system makes it very easy for us to do our monthly budget and track the balance from our allowance. As a father this has the added benefit for me which is that my kids can learn about money and budgeting in a very easy way. Thanks for making this app so easy to use!

I’ve loaned out money to my friends many times, only to find out that it has been months and they have not paid me back yet. Then I have to be the bad guy and ask them to pay me back? This app solves that problem and does it fantastically! You just enter the contact that borrowed money from you along with the amount and a tag. The app makes this into an IOU on your phone that you and your friend can see. Your friend will get a push notification and he will remember to pay you back now. I also ping him every once in a while and he opens the app to see the amount he owes me, it’s that simple. I Love it!

I am so happy that I found this app! With this app it is very easy for me to manage my accounts everyday. I’m currently living with two roommates and we are really good friends. We started using this app to manage our bills like rent, utilities and groceries. My roommate Michael loved the app so much that he got his coworkers to use it too! We all recently went for a boating trip with his friends from work and used AgreeOn to calculate how much everyone owed and then we split the boat rental, drinks, and also dinner afterwards. We ended up with 3 people having to pay most of the cost initially, but since everyone already had the app, it was very easy to collect the money. Michael was one of the people that was owed money so I just added the amount that I owed him to the account that we already had for our "household expenses". This app is just too good for managing money with roommates. I have to recommend this app to everyone who reads this review. Amazing job on this app!!

I'm currently using this app with my co-founder to track the expenses for our startup. We use a google voice number as our company account, which makes it very easy to see expenses against the company. This is a very light-weight solution and has been extremely reliable so far; otherwise we would not be using this app for our business, or writing this review. The best part is that this app is free and does not cost anything to use! If you're just starting up your own company, you should definitely try this app to manage your finances.

This app has been so useful to me and my friends. We have started going out for lunch and dinner more often ever since we started using this app to split our bills. Sometimes restaurants do not take more than two credit cards but with the help of this app, one of us pays and we track it on the app by creating an IOU.
